Kathmandu: Joint secretaries Kedarnath Sharma and Baikuntha Bahadur Adhikari have been promoted to gazetted special class. The Cabinet meeting held at Singha Durbar took this decision today, according to government spokesperson and Minister for Communications and Information Technology, Rekha Sharma.
