Dhaka: The government has appointed Sayed Bin Abdullah as the Special Assistant to the Prime Minister for youth employment. The Ministry of Public Administration issued a notification to this effect on Thursday.
According to United News of Bangladesh, the notification stated that Sayed Bin Abdullah will serve in this role on a contractual basis from the date of his joining until the end of the prime minister’s tenure or until further notice, whichever comes earlier. His rank is fixed at Grade-2. Additionally, the notification specified that Abdullah will have to relinquish any other profession, business, or employment with any government, semi-government, or private organization.
The notification further indicated that the other terms and conditions of Abdullah’s appointment will be determined through a contract.
