Sanjit Chandra Das has been appointed as the Prime Minister's assignment officer.
A notification in this regard was issued by the Ministry of Public Administration today.
The notification said Sanjit Chandra Das has been appointed as the assignment officer to the Prime Minister's Office on condition that he will relinquish his relationship with other organizations.
The contractual appointment was given from the date of joining the Prime Minister's Office till the end of the Prime Minister's tenure or her satisfaction (whichever occurs earlier).
Other terms of the contractual appointment would be determined by the approved contract.
