Krematorsk:At least 30 people were killed and 18 wounded when a Russian guided bomb exploded near passenger buses at a bus stop in Krematorsk, located in Donetsk. This incident occurred as Russia intensified its attacks in the lead-up to winter, exacerbating power outages in Kyiv.
According to United News of Bangladesh, Oleksandr Honcharenko, the chief of the Krematorsk military administration, stated that Russia was deliberately targeting civilians. The rescue efforts were further complicated by subsequent drone attacks, leading to the suspension of public transport in the area.
The previous day, Russian missile strikes in Pryluky resulted in the deaths of 22 people, including five children, and left at least 54 wounded. In light of these events, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has warned of increased Russian missile and drone attacks as winter approaches, urging NATO countries to supply air-defense systems, ammunition, and interceptor support.
Meanwhile, energy company DTEK announced that emergency power outages were implemented in Kyiv, separate from the scheduled nationwide outages. Authorities have advised families to prepare emergency supplies in anticipation of potential prolonged blackouts.
Additionally, Yandex reported damage to a data center in Ryazan due to a Ukrainian drone. Ukraine also claimed responsibility for striking a major oil refinery in Salavat. In other developments, Turkey has proposed measures to safeguard Black Sea shipping, and Lithuania has deployed approximately 100 additional troops near Kaliningrad.
