Rajshahi: As per government directives, around 30 saplings of various fruit and forest tree species were planted on the premises of Rajpara Police Station under the initiative of Rajshahi Metropolitan Police (RMP).
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the tree plantation programme was carried out today on the police station premises under the overall supervision of Rajpara Police Station Officer-in-Charge Abul Kalam Azad. The initiative is part of a broader effort to enhance green spaces within urban areas.
During the tree plantation programme, Sub-Inspectors (SIs) Nipa and Firoz, along with other police members working at the station, were present. The involvement of police personnel in such initiatives underscores the commitment to environmental sustainability and community engagement.
