Dhaka: Rajshahi Stars FC face host Sabah FA of Malaysia in their second group A match of the AFC Women's Champions League 2026/27 preliminary stage scheduled to be held today (Thursday) night at Likas Stadium in Malaysia. The match will kick off at 6 pm Bangladesh time. According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the girls want to rectify their mistakes made against East Bengal and are upbeat to put in a better performance in their next match. Head coach Golam Robbani Choton emphasized their desire to bounce back by learning from the experience of their previous match. Midfielder Maria Manda echoed similar sentiments, stating that the team's objective is to analyze their mistakes, correct them, and deliver a better performance in the next match. Earlier, on Monday last, Rajshahi Stars conceded a 4-0 goal defeat to East Bengal FC of India in their opening group match.
