Bangladesh: Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) has forecast rain or thunder showers in all divisions of the country, including Dhaka, in the next 24 hours starting from 9:00 am on Wednesday.
According to United News of Bangladesh, the BMD bulletin stated that rain or thundershowers, accompanied by temporary gusty or squally wind and lightning, are likely to occur at a few places over the Sylhet division. Additionally, one or two places in the Rangpur, Rajshahi, Mymensingh, Dhaka, Khulna, Barishal, and Chattogram divisions might experience similar weather conditions, with hails expected at isolated locations.
The meteorological department also noted that day and night temperatures are expected to remain nearly unchanged across the country. The current weather conditions are influenced by a trough of low pressure over West Bengal and its adjoining area, as well as a seasonal low over the South Bay.
