Dhaka:Rain is expected in various parts of Bangladesh over the next 24 hours starting from 9 am today.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the Bangladesh Meteorological Department has issued a forecast indicating light to moderate rain or thundershowers, accompanied by temporary gusty winds. These weather conditions are likely to affect a few places in the Chattogram and Sylhet divisions, and one or two places in the Mymensingh and Barishal divisions.
Elsewhere in the country, the weather is expected to remain mainly dry with a temporary partly cloudy sky. While the day temperature may experience a slight drop, the night temperature is anticipated to remain nearly unchanged.
The highest temperature recorded on Wednesday was 36 degrees Celsius in Sayedpur, while the minimum temperature today was 23 degrees Celsius in Bandarban. In Dhaka, the sun is set to set at 5:45 pm today and will rise at 5:50 am tomorrow.
