Dhaka: The Bangladesh Meteorological Department has forecasted rain or thundershowers, accompanied by temporary gusty or squally wind and lightning flashes, in various parts of the country over the next 24 hours starting from 9 am on Friday.
According to United News of Bangladesh, the Met office bulletin indicates that these weather conditions are expected to affect several divisions. Rain or thundershowers are likely to occur at a few places in the Rangpur, Rajshahi, Dhaka, Mymensingh, and Sylhet divisions, and at one or two places in the Khulna, Barishal, and Chattogram divisions. There is also a possibility of hail at isolated locations.
The bulletin also noted that the day temperature may experience a slight decrease, while the night temperature is expected to remain nearly unchanged across the country.
