Dhaka: The National Academy for Primary Education (NAPE) officially announced the question structure and mark distribution for the upcoming Class Five scholarship examination in government primary schools.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, a circular issued by NAPE on Monday outlined that the examination will encompass five subjects, amounting to a total of 400 marks. The exam duration is set at 2 hours and 30 minutes.
Per the new structure, students will be evaluated on Bangla, English, and Mathematics, with each subject allocated 100 marks. Additionally, the subjects of Primary Science and Bangladesh and Global Studies (Bangladesh o Biswaparichoy) will each have a weightage of 50 marks.
The circular further mandated education officials to ensure the distribution of the question format and mark breakdown to all government primary schools nationwide.
