Dhaka: A delegation of the central committee of Bangladesh Puja Udjapan Parishad today paid a courtesy call on Prime Minister Tarique Rahman. The delegation met the premier at the conference room of the Cabinet Division in the Bangladesh Secretariat here this noon, said sources at the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO).
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the meeting was part of a routine interaction to discuss matters of mutual interest and promote cultural and religious cooperation. The Bangladesh Puja Udjapan Parishad is known for organizing religious and cultural events across the country, and this meeting underscored the importance of maintaining open dialogue between the government and religious organizations.
