Chattogram:Prime Minister Tarique Rahman is scheduled to visit the Durga Puja celebrations at J.M. Sen Hall in the city on Tuesday, as confirmed by officials.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, preparations are underway to welcome the Prime Minister. Chattogram City Corporation (CCC) Mayor Dr. Shahadat Hossain visited J.M. Sen Hall to assess the arrangements for the event.
The city is experiencing a festive atmosphere in anticipation of the Prime Minister's visit. The CCC is actively working on various projects, including road repairs, resurfacing, road marking, sapling plantation, and clearing footpaths through eviction drives. Mayor Dr. Shahadat Hossain has instructed officials to ensure the preparations are completed smoothly and to coordinate efforts for a successful visit.
