Dhaka: Prime Minister Tarique Rahman will speak at a discussion in the capital this afternoon on the occasion of the great Independence and National Day. The event is organized by the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) and will take place at the Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh (IEB) auditorium at 2:30 pm.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, BNP Chairman and Prime Minister Tarique Rahman will serve as the chief guest, with BNP Secretary General and Local Government, Rural Development and Cooperatives Minister Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir presiding over the event. The meeting will also feature speeches from other BNP central leaders, as confirmed by the party’s media cell.
