Dhaka: Pilgrims who have registered for the 2026 Hajj are being advised to finalize payment of their Hajj packages by December 31, 2025. This request was made following a notification issued by the Ministry’s Hajj-1 branch, addressing those who completed initial registration through both government and private channels.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the initial registration process for the Hajj-2026 has concluded with an initial deposit of Tk 3.50 lakh from each pilgrim. The guidelines for the Hajj Package and Guidelines-2026 stipulate that all pilgrims must submit the full package price by the end of December 2025.
The ministry has emphasized the importance of adhering to this deadline, cautioning that failing to pay the remaining balance may jeopardize the pilgrim’s opportunity to undertake the Hajj journey.
