Manikganj: A view exchanging meeting of Manikganj Sadar 250 bed hospital Patients Welfare Association was held today. The meeting was chaired by Md. Abdul Monnaf Khan, the Vice-President of the Association, and included addresses from Vice President Khabirul Alam Chowdhury, Residential Medical Officer (RMO) Dr. Touhiduzzaman Sumon, Manikganj Press Club President Zahangir Alam Biswas, and Farid Khan.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the meeting concluded with a decision to collect Zakat money to enhance the fund aimed at providing better services to poor and distressed patients. Furthermore, the assembly agreed on increasing the membership of the Association to strengthen its efforts.
