Munshiganj: Over Taka 4.25 crore in toll was collected from 49,489 vehicles on the Padma Bridge from Thursday midnight to Friday midnight. Executive Engineer of Padma Bridge Sight Office Abu Sayad shared the information with BSS, highlighting the heavy use of the bridge as people travel to their destinations.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, homebound travelers are utilizing the Mawa end of Munshiganj to access the southern part of the country. This significant toll collection underscores the importance of the bridge in facilitating transportation for various vehicles.
