Members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) arrested an alleged drug peddler with 45.100 kilograms of hemp from Godagari upazila in Rajshahi district on Sunday afternoon. The arrested was Md. Sumon Ali, 35, of Pashchim Chandripur (Puranpur) under Shibganj upazila in the district. RAB said, acting on detective information, an operation team of the RAB-5 conducted a raid at Bujruk Rajarampur village under Godagari upazila in Rajshahi district around 3.30 pm and nabbed Sumon with the hemp.
