Muscat: Oman’s Foreign Minister Badr bin Hamad Albusaidi on Sunday criticized recent military actions by the United States, Israel, and Iran, calling for restraint and a return to diplomacy.
According to United News of Bangladesh, Albusaidi expressed his concerns in a post on X, where he mentioned his participation in a virtual meeting with his Arab League counterparts. He described the actions taken by Israel and the US against Iran as both immoral and illegal. Albusaidi also condemned Iran’s retaliatory measures against its neighbors, labeling them as deeply regrettable and unacceptable.
Albusaidi’s statement emphasized the need for all parties involved to exercise restraint, implement a ceasefire, and urgently return to diplomatic negotiations. His comments reflect ongoing regional tensions and the importance of diplomatic efforts in resolving conflicts.
