Dhaka: The National University (NU) is set to publish the results of the first release slips for the 2024-25 admission tests tomorrow. Students will have the opportunity to check their results from 4:00 pm via SMS service and from 9:00 pm on the NU website on September 15, as stated in a notification from the School of Undergraduate Studies (UG) today.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, candidates selected in the first release slip must complete their final admission form by September 23. Additionally, students who are currently admitted to other institutions must cancel their previous admissions to avoid dual enrollment issues, as their NU admission will be voided under such circumstances.
The notification specified that there will be no option for students listed in the first release slip to change their subjects. The release slip procedure is an admission system for undergraduate students in NU and similar education systems, allowing students to apply for their preferred colleges and subjects anew.
This system also caters to students who either did not apply earlier or were rejected due to poor results or other inconsistencies, providing them with another chance to apply for admission.
