Dhaka: The Government Employee Hospital (GEH) has announced a significant change in its patient treatment policy. Starting November 8, the hospital will not provide treatment in its outdoor department without a prior appointment.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, this decision was formally communicated through a notice signed by the Director General (Additional Secretary) of the hospital, A. Razzaque Sarker. The notice was issued on Saturday, emphasizing the new protocol for patient appointments.
Patients who require treatment can secure an appointment by visiting the hospital's official website at www.skh.gov.bd and selecting the "Online Appointment" option. It is important to note that while outdoor treatments will require prior appointments, the hospital's emergency department will continue to offer services without the need for prior permission or appointments.
