Rajshahi: Both of the matches of the NCL T20 were called off today without a ball being bowled due to inclement weather at Rajshahi Divisional Stadium.

According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the BCB tournament committee revised the schedule by shifting a match to Rajshahi from Bogura, but persistent rain had the last say. Barishal Division was scheduled to take on Dhaka in the first match while Chattogram was supposed to meet Khulna in the second game at Rajshahi Stadium. However, even the toss was not possible due to heavy showers, and the points were shared eventually.

The first day of NCL T20 also saw a match washed out without a ball being bowled in Bogura. Additionally, rain cut short the match between Dhaka Metro and Rajshahi at Rajshahi Stadium yesterday. Metro won the game, which was reduced to five overs, by seven wickets.
