The Nepali Congress (NC) has decided to entertain proposals presented in the Mahasamiti meeting held in February this year unanimously. A meeting of the party office bearers and former office bearers held on Saturday at the Budhanilkantha-based private residence of party President Sher Bahadur Deuba agreed to present the documents in a central committee meeting scheduled for Sunday and endorse them unanimously, according to party Chief Secretary Krishna Prasad Paudel. The NC has scheduled the central committee meeting for 2:00 pm on Sunday at the party's Central Office, Sanepa. The meeting is likely to endorse all the proposals presented in February's meeting of the party's highest policy-drafting body unanimously. Party office bearers and former office bearers will be meeting at 1:00 pm tomorrow to discuss the matter.
