Dhaka: The 36th National Senior Men's and 10th National Women's Wrestling competition is set to commence on Wednesday, November 13, at the National Handball Stadium in the city, as announced in a press release today. The event promises to be a significant gathering of wrestling talent from across the nation. According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the two-day meet will feature 300 male and female wrestlers competing in twenty weight categories. These athletes represent various districts, showcasing the widespread interest and participation in wrestling throughout the country. The competition is organized by the Bangladesh Amateur Wrestling Federation, an indication of its importance in the national sports calendar. Prior to the commencement of the competition, the physical weight of all participating players will be assessed on Tuesday at the federation office room.
