Bangkok: The Bangladesh national women's football team reached Bangkok, Thailand safely today to participate in the upcoming two FIFA International friendly matches against the Thailand national women's football team. The team will hold their first training session tomorrow at 3pm Bangladesh time.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, earlier in the morning, Bangladesh national women's football, led by Afeida Khandakar, departed for Bangkok. These friendly matches are part of the team's continued international preparation and development ahead of upcoming major competitions.
The first match will be played on October 24, followed by the second on October 27, both in Bangkok. The Bangladesh women's football team comprises players such as Rupna Chakma, Mile Akter, Swarna Rani Mandal, Nabiran Khatun, Afeida Khandakar (captain), and others.
