National Hockey Team Returns to Rigorous Training After Short Break

Dhaka: The Bangladesh national hockey team has resumed its training camp after a brief four-day break at Maulana Bhashani Hockey Stadium ahead of the upcoming Asian Games.

According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the team's assistant coach Imran Hasan Pintu stated that the four-day break was beneficial for the players, allowing them to recover from the fatigue of their prolonged training program. The rest period enabled the players to refresh mentally and completely overcome their physical fatigue. Now, having returned to camp with renewed energy, the team appears much more motivated.

The players are currently engaging in rigorous training sessions twice a day. Special training sessions are being conducted every morning and afternoon with the aim of improving their fitness and skills. The primary objective of the intensive camp is to achieve a positive result for the country at the Asian Games.
