Dhaka: The Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST) has rescheduled the admission test for the Architecture Department (Part 2) to December 28, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. This change was necessary due to a clash with the rescheduled science unit exam of Dhaka University (DU).
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the first-phase admission tests for MIST’s Engineering and Architecture Departments will proceed as initially planned on December 27, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, as confirmed by an Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) press release.
The Faculty of Science at Dhaka University had originally scheduled its admission test for December 20, 2025. However, this was postponed due to a one-day period of state mourning following the passing of Sharif Osman Hadi, a former student of DU, on December 18, 2025. Consequently, DU authorities decided to hold the exam on December 27, 2025, from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM.
