Dhaka: Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir today visited Gono Odhikar Parishad President Nurul Haque Nur at Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH), where Nur is receiving treatment after an attack.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, Mirza Fakhrul arrived at DMCH around 12:15 pm to check on Nur's condition and medical care. He requested the medical staff to take necessary actions to facilitate Nur's recovery.
Mirza Fakhrul was accompanied by BNP Social Welfare Affairs Secretary Kamruzzaman Ratan during the visit. Prior to this, Mirza Fakhrul also visited JAGPA President Khandaker Lutfor Rahman at Islami Bank Hospital in the city's Kakrai area, following a separate attack on Rahman by unidentified individuals.
