Dhaka: BNP Standing Committee Member and Prime Minister's Political Adviser Mirza Abbas today visited the graves of Shaheed President Ziaur Rahman and former Prime Minister Begum Khaleda Zia. After the parliamentary session, Abbas made his way to the mausoleum in a wheelchair, accompanied by party leaders, activists, and supporters.

According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, Mirza Abbas expressed his respects by placing floral wreaths at the graves of the two prominent figures. He then stood in silence, recited Fateha, and offered prayers for the forgiveness of their souls. This visit followed his recent return to the country from Malaysia, where he had been undergoing medical treatment for five months.
