A five-year-old boy was killed after a truck ran him over in Sonapur Chaitailla Digirpar area on Raipur-Lakshmipur regional highway in Laxmipur Sadar upazila today. The deceased was Md Musa, 5, son of Shahadat Hossain, a resident of Sonapur village under Sonapur Union. Nur Hossain, uncle of the victim, said, Musa along with his cousin left his house to go to a shop next to the road. At that time, a goods-laden truck from Lakshmipur to Raipur ran over him.
