Kishoreganj: A seven-year-old boy died from electrocution at Nama Lakshya village under Pakundia upazila this afternoon. The deceased was identified as Ali Usman, son of Emdadul Haque, and a student of a local Hafezia Madrasa.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, Usman was electrocuted while taking a bath in the bathroom around 1 pm. Following the incident, his family members quickly rescued him and transported him to Pakundia Upazila Health Complex, where the doctor on duty declared him dead.
Md. Mubarak Hossain, Inspector (Investigation) of Pakundia Police Station, confirmed the incident, providing further details regarding the tragic accident.
