Amman:Minister Dr Abdul Moyeen Khan expressed deep shock and sorrow at the death of veteran journalist Toufique Imrose Khalidi, who was the editor-in-chief of bdnews24.com.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, Dr Moyeen Khan described Khalidi's sudden passing as an irreparable loss to the country's media sector.
He highlighted Khalidi's significant contributions to advancing journalism in Bangladesh, particularly in the digital era, and the development of online journalism. Dr Khan offered prayers for Khalidi's soul and extended his deepest sympathies to the bereaved family, relatives, and colleagues.
