Dhaka: A meeting on establishing a career-oriented education system, creating employment opportunities, and expanding sports infrastructure and training facilities was held today at the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) in the city’s Tejgaon area. Prime Minister Tarique Rahman chaired the meeting, PM’s Press Secretary Saleh Shibli told BSS.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, ministers, state ministers, and concerned senior officials were present at the meeting. The discussions focused on aligning the education system with current job market demands, which is expected to facilitate better career prospects for graduates. Additionally, the meeting emphasized the importance of expanding sports infrastructure and providing comprehensive training facilities to nurture local talent and promote physical education.
