President Mohammed Shahabuddin today appointed Supreme Court senior lawyer Md Asaduzzaman as the new attorney general of Bangladesh. "The President in line with article 64 (1) of the Constitution appointed senior lawyer of Bangladesh Supreme Court Md Asaduzzaman as the attorney general of Bangladesh until passing of further notice," a gazette notification signed by Law and Justice Division Secretary Md Golam Sarwar said.
