Gobindaganj: The Martyred Juwel Rana Mini Stadium in the Kalirbazar area of Gobindaganj upazila was inaugurated this morning. Youth and Sports Adviser Asif Mahmud Shojib Bhuiyan virtually inaugurated the stadium as the chief guest, marking a significant development for the local community.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the inaugural ceremony was presided over by Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Syeda Yasmin Sultana. The event also featured speeches by prominent figures, including the convener of BNP's Gobindaganj upazila unit, Farook Ahmed, and Jamaat-e-Islami upazila unit Ameer, Dr. Abdur Rahim.
The ceremony witnessed the presence of a large number of local dignitaries, invited guests, and residents, who gathered to celebrate the opening of the new stadium. The development of the stadium is expected to provide the local youth with a dedicated space for sports and community events.
