Manikganj:National Productivity Day 2026 was observed in Manikganj today, organized by the Manikganj District Administration.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the event featured speeches from several notable figures, including Deputy Commissioner Nazmun Ara Sultana, Additional Deputy Commissioner for Education and ICT Khayrul Islam, and Deputy Director of Agriculture Extension Shahjahan Seraj. Other speakers included Zahangir Alam Biswas, President of the Manikganj Press Club, Executive Magistrate Md. Masud Ali Shahriar, Principal Zahidul Haque of Manikganj Technical School and College, Director ABM Samsunnabi Tulib of the Manikganj Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and Deputy Director Abdul Kader of BSCIC.
In her address, Deputy Commissioner Sultana emphasized that the country's prosperity hinges on the utilization of modern technology and the development of skilled human resources. She highlighted the importance of increasing productivity to ensure economic progress and sustainable development.
