Dhaka: The main congregation of the holy Eid-ul-Azha is set to take place at the Jatiya Eidgah on the High Court premises at 7:30 am on June 7. In the event of adverse weather conditions, the primary Jamaat will be relocated to Baitul Mukarram National Mosque at 8:00 am, as per an official press release.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, similar to previous years, five Eid Jamaats will be organized at Baitul Mukarram Mosque. The first congregation is scheduled for 7:00 am, with subsequent gatherings at 8:00 am, 9:00 am, 10:00 am, and 10:45 am, as stated in a release by the Islamic Foundation.
The Eid Jamaat at the Jatiya Eidgah will receive live coverage on all television channels. Furthermore, the schedule for Eid-ul-Azha congregations at major mosques within the capital and nationwide will be broadcast on Bangladesh Television (BTV), Bangladesh Betar, and other TV channels.
