Magura: Magura district sports officer Anamika Das died of brain haemorrhage while undergoing treatment at Magura hospital this afternoon. She was 35, said a youth and sports ministry press release.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, Anamika was well-liked by everyone in her professional life as a skilled, sincere, and dedicated official, as noted in the press release. Her sudden passing has left a void in the community she served with commitment and enthusiasm.
In a condolence message signed by youth and sports ministry’s additional secretary Mohammad Iqbal Hossain, the ministry expressed deep shock and sorrow at the unexpected death of Anamika Das.
