Leave to appeal against GM Quader as JP Chairman dismissed

The Appellate Division of the Supreme Court today dismissed a leave to appeal seeking bar on GM Quader's responsibility as Jatiya Party (JaPa) Chairman. A four-member bench in the Appellate Division led by Appellate Division's Senior Judge M Enayetur Rahim passed the order today.
