KUET Releases Admission Test Results for 2025-2026 Academic Session

Khulna: Khulna University of Engineering and Technology (KUET) has published the admission test results for its 2025-2026 academic session for first-year BSc Engineering, BURP, and B.Arch programs.



According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the merit list of successful candidates from the admission test held on January 15, along with detailed admission instructions, was published on January 26 on the university’s admission website (https://admission.kuet.ac.bd). A total of 9,078 candidates have been placed on the merit list for Engineering and URP programs, while 304 candidates have been listed for the Architecture program. Additionally, 28 candidates have been included on the merit list under reserved quotas for the Bandarban district, Chittagong Hill Tracts, and other ethnic minority groups.



All candidates included in the merit list are required to fill in the necessary information and submit their departmental preferences through the online choice form available on the university website between 10.00 am on February 1 and 12.00 pm on February 6. For Engineering and URP programs, candidates must provide preferences for 15 departments, and a printed copy of the completed choice form must be brought at the time of admission.



Candidates with merit positions 1 to 1,020 in Engineering and URP, merit positions 1 to 40 in Architecture, merit position 1 for the Bandarban district quota, and merit positions 1 to 4 for the Chittagong Hill Tracts and other ethnic minority quotas have been asked to appear before the verification committee on the KUET campus for admission between 9.30 am and 3.00 pm on February 8. An estimated admission fee of Taka 12,000 must be deposited by 3.00 pm on February 9 at Janata Bank, KUET Corporate Branch.



At the time of admission, students must submit the original HSC/equivalent registration card, original SSC/equivalent certificate, original SSC/equivalent grade sheet, original HSC/equivalent grade sheet, original testimonial for HSC/equivalent issued by the head of the institution, two passport-size color photographs, the admission test admit card, and a printed copy of the online choice form. Selected candidates will also have to undergo a medical examination by the university medical board, including checks of height, weight, blood pressure, blood group, and eyesight.



An auto-migration process will remain active for admitted students; however, candidates may disable it from their dashboard if they wish.
