Khulna: Vice-Chancellor of Khulna University of Engineering and Technology (KUET), Professor Dr. Muhammad Masud, emphasized the importance of an innovative mindset and entrepreneurial spirit among the youth as key strengths for the future of Bangladesh. He highlighted the role of the Hult Prize Bangladesh National Round 2026 in fostering leadership, creativity, and global competence among students during an event on Friday.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, Professor Masud addressed the daylong competition held on the KUET campus, where he underscored KUET’s commitment to encouraging innovation, research, and socially impactful initiatives. Organized by Spectrum, a professional skill development organization at KUET, the event brought together 60 teams from various universities across the country who had qualified through campus rounds.
The competition witnessed Team Denim Revive winning the national championship, earning them the opportunity to participate in the global incubation program to represent Bangladesh on an international platform. The organizers noted that the Hult Prize is a renowned global student entrepreneurship competition held in collaboration with the United Nations.
