Dhaka:The 48th founding anniversary of Bangladesh Jatiyatabadi Jubo Dal, the youth wing of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP), is set to be observed tomorrow with a series of events planned to mark the occasion.

According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the organization has announced a comprehensive two-day program to celebrate the anniversary. Activities will include placing floral wreaths and offering prayers at the graves of Shaheed President Ziaur Rahman and former Prime Minister Begum Khaleda Zia. The program also features blood donation drives, free medical camps, discussion meetings, rallies, and tree plantation initiatives.

The first event, which involves placing floral wreaths and offering prayers, is scheduled for 11 am tomorrow at Zia Udyan in Agargaon, Dhaka. BNP Acting Secretary General Advocate Ruhul Kabir Rizvi will be present as the chief guest, alongside leaders and activists from Jubo Dal's central committee and its Dhaka metropolitan north and south units.

Additionally, a blood donation program and a free medical camp will commence at noon on the ground floor of the BNP's central office in Naya Paltan, with Advocate Ruhul Kabir Rizvi inaugurating the events. The following day, Jubo Dal units across districts and metropolitan areas will conduct socially oriented activities, including voluntary blood donations, cleanliness drives, and food distribution to those in need.

On October 28, similar programs will be organized by upazila, thana, municipal, and subordinate units in their respective areas, allowing flexibility for convenient scheduling.
