Kathmandu: Member of the House of Representatives (HoR) of Japan and Chair of the Standing Committee on Judicial Affairs Takebe Arata paid a courtesy call on Foreign Minister Dr Arzu Rana Deuba at the Ministry on Sunday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said.
