Jamaat Expresses Condolence Over Gujrat Plane Crash

Dhaka: Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami has expressed sorrow over the incident involving the crash of an Air India aircraft at Ahmedabad in Gujarat, which had 242 passengers on board.

According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, Jamaat Secretary General Prof Mia Golam Parwar stated, "We came to know that a passenger of Air India crashed at Ahmedabad of India shortly after the take-off and left all the 242 passengers on board dead."

Prof Mia Golam Parwar further expressed condolence for the victims and their families, emphasizing his hope that India and its people will recover from the pain and losses caused by the accident soon.
