Dhaka: A nine-member Indian delegation led by BSF Director General (DG) Daljit Singh Chaudhary has arrived in Dhaka to attend the 56th border conference. The delegation was welcomed at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport by BGB Director Major General Mohammad Ashrafuzzaman Siddiqui, as stated in a press release from BGB.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the four-day DG-level conference between the Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) and India’s Border Security Force (BSF) will officially commence tomorrow morning at the BGB Headquarters in Pilkhana, Dhaka. The conference is scheduled to conclude on August 28.
