Imrul Kayes Achieves Milestone with Level-2 Coaching Course Completion in Australia

Dhaka: Former Bangladesh opener Imrul Kayes has successfully completed Cricket Australia’s Level-2 coaching course, adding another milestone to his career. Imrul, who retired from professional cricket several years ago and has since transitioned into coaching, shared the news through a social media post today.



According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, Imrul expressed his delight in a post on his verified Facebook page, stating, “I am truly delighted to have successfully completed the Level 2 Cricket Coaching Course under Cricket Australia today.” He extended his gratitude to Cricket Australia and Cricket NSW for their supervision throughout the program, highlighting it as a significant experience in his coaching journey.



The former national cricketer emphasized the value of the program as a learning experience and expressed his commitment to utilizing the knowledge and skills acquired to aid the development of young cricketers. “I believe that the knowledge and skills I’ve gained from this course will enable me to make a meaningful contribution and give my best to the next generation of young cricketers. It was truly a wonderful experience,” he stated.



In related news, the Bangladesh ‘A’ team is scheduled to tour Australia later this month to participate in the Top End T20 tournament. Imrul will be part of the team’s coaching staff during the tour, further contributing to his evolving role in cricket coaching.
