IMF Asia and Pacific Director Calls on Bangladesh PM

Dhaka: Director of the Asia and Pacific Department (APD) of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) Krishna Srinivasan today paid a courtesy call on Prime Minister Tarique Rahman. The meeting took place at the Cabinet Division in the Bangladesh Secretariat, as confirmed by Prime Minister’s Press Secretary Saleh Shibly.



According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the visit by the IMF official was part of ongoing engagements between the IMF and Bangladesh. The discussions focused on mutual interests and continued collaboration between the two entities.
