Chittagong:A four-member audit team from the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) has arrived at Shah Amanat International Airport to conduct a security audit.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the audit will be conducted under the supervision of ICAO from November 1 to 4. Airport Director Group Captain Md. Nur Hossain confirmed that the team arrived at 310 pm on Biman Bangladesh Airlines flight BG-615.
The security audit is part of ICAO's Universal Security Audit Programme-Continuous Monitoring Approach (USAP-CMA). The team comprises Callum Vine, Alessandra Johanna Arenas, Sheikh Abdullah bin Ab Sukor, and PA Jayakantha.
