Siena:The Islami Bank Training and Research Academy (IBTRA) has officially launched its 168th internship programme.
According to United News of Bangladesh, the inauguration ceremony took place on Sunday, with Md Altaf Hossain, acting managing director of Islami Bank Bangladesh PLC, attending as the chief guest.
The event was presided over by IBTRA Director General ASM Rezaul Karim, with IBTRA Director (Training) Mohammad Amir Hossain and senior faculty members also in attendance.
A total of 175 students from various public and private universities, including one foreign university, are participating in the 60-day structured internship programme.
