Dhaka: Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) in a drive seized drugs worth Taka 1.62 lakh from Banatara area under Phulbari upazila of the district on Saturday afternoon, a BGB press release said.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, on a tip-off, a team of BGB-29 Battalion, Dinajpur, conducted the drive in the area and seized 2,025 pieces of Indian narcotic tablets, the release said.
