Dhaka: State Minister for Primary and Mass Education Bobby Hajjaj today emphasized that physical or any other limitation cannot impede the path of fulfilling the dream of any child, as the government is working relentlessly to ensure the development of the talent and potential of every child with the cooperation of family, school, society, and the state. He made these remarks while speaking as the chief guest at a special screening program for the documentary "Payer Chaap," organized by Impress Telefilm at the auditorium of Bangladesh Textile University (Butex) in the city's Tejgaon area.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the documentary highlights the story of Ayesha, an indomitable talented young girl who has no hands. Bobby Hajjaj stated that the key to success in the lives of students is perseverance, regular studies, and self-confidence. He stressed that through hard work, students can achieve their aspirations, whether to become a doctor, scientist, teacher, astronaut, or take on the highest responsibilities within the state.
The state minister further commented on Ayesha's journey, noting that her life struggle and success demonstrate that with a strong will, one can overcome adversity. He expressed the desire for Ayesha's success to not be an isolated incident, advocating for collective efforts from families, society, and the state to help every child in Bangladesh overcome limitations and advance.
Bobby Hajjaj also mentioned the government's initiatives under the leadership of Prime Minister Tarique Rahman, aimed at building an inclusive education system where no child is left behind and equal opportunities are ensured for all. During the program, he learned that the Prime Minister has appointed Ayesha as a class supervisor at Gaibandha BIAM Laboratory School and College, a move he described as a testament to the government's commitment to talent, competence, and human values.
The event was chaired by the Butex Vice Chancellor and attended by students from various educational institutions, teachers from Butex, and media personnel.
